Sustainable Farming for the Future

Our ever-increasing global population is pushing our need for more productive farming techniques. With most arable land already in use and arable hectares per capita rapidly shrinking, the need for innovation is becoming more dire. Hydroponics is increasingly being seen as the solution for sustainable farming in the future. By allowing more food to be grown with fewer resources, such as arable land, hydroponics solves many of the problems with traditional open soil farming.
Hydroponics is by design a more efficient way to grow crops. The closed system greatly reduces the need for water, protects the surrounding environment by eliminating fertilizer and pesticide run-off, and allows crops to be grown year-round regardless of climate. Careful monitoring of water quality, including available nutrients and dissolved oxygen, are necessary to achieve successful harvests. Current water quality management technology is outdated, energy intensive, and costly to purchase, operate, and maintain.

Our innovative airlift pump design uses 50-70% less energy than typical
pump systems while improving water quality
Our goal is to reduce the potential negative environmental impacts of hydroponic farming operations enabling the industry to continue to feed the growing global population while adopting sustainable and economically viable practices and technologies.
