FloNergia Inc. was incorporated the fall of 2016 to commercialize new airlift pump technology developed at the University of Guelph. Our mission is to supply the most advanced fluid movement technology available to help our global customers achieve increased energy efficiency and sustainability. We do that by providing outstanding product innovation and exceptional technical support.

Our innovative FloMov airlift pump technology is being used around the world for many different markets and applications including agriculture, aquaponics, aquaculture, aquaponics, hydroponics, wastewater and many other applications that require water circulation and aeration. The use of our FloNergia’s FloMov airlift pumps will reduce the energy costs associated with pumping/aeration systems by 50 to 70% when compared to conventional systems. Additionally, our FloMov pumps have been proven to improve oxygenation, strip carbon dioxide, disrupt thermal stratification, and facilitate the recovery of solid waste.

We provide engineering support, technical advice, product service and selection for our customers through our global network of distributors and from our facilities in Burlington, Ontario, Canada and our Research Centre housed at the Multiphase Flow and Energy Lab in Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
